Fried & Epstein LLP was founded in 1999 by John W. Fried and Lee M. Epstein. Veterans of large traditional law firms, the founders created a law firm offering sophisticated legal services typically associated with large firms, coupled with efficiencies found only at boutiques.
Freed from the inefficiencies of large law firms, the lawyers of Fried & Epstein LLP are able to practice law the way it was intended. The Firm’s clients, including Fortune 500 companies, governmental entities and individuals, receive personalized attention through one-on-one consultations with the specific attorney retained to handle their matter.
The Firm devotes a significant portion of its practice to the resolution of complex insurance coverage disputes. In that capacity, the Firm represents only the interests of policyholders who turn to the Firm for counseling, litigation and trial support.
