Randy Cioci is a member of the firm’s Philadelphia office.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cioci was contract counsel to Hercules, Inc. (now Ashland, Inc.).  Mr. Cioci concentrates his practice in commercial law, contract analysis, drafting, and negotiation.  He also litigates major environmental, toxic tort and insurance matters. 

Mr. Cioci served as a clerk for Judge Carolyn Berger at the Delaware Chancery Court through the prestigious Ruby Vale clerkship program.  Mr. Cioci is a member of the bar of the State of New Jersey.
